The pre feeder ZG200B2 SP is developed to feed materials like cables and any kind of round and flat materials from coils and barrels to the cut and stripping machine.

The material diameter can be up to 8mm. Larger diameters on inquiry.

The drive of the machine is controlled steplessly by two potentiometers. The integrated material accumulator reduces the mechanical pulling force on the material with a dancer arm and adjusts speed fluctuations. The weight of the dancer arm can be adapted manually pneumatically over a separate pressure-control.

With the integrated interfaces it is possible to connect the pre feeder ZG200B2 SP to cut and stripping machines.
