The
prefeeder ZG200 B2 is used to deliver materials like cords, hoses, bands,
ribbon cables, etc. to cutting machines, stripping machines and punching
machines.
The material is driven by two synchronized tooth lines of 50 mm width. Both
tooth lines are coated with wear-resistant material. The gap between the two
axles of the drive lines is 200 mm. The opening is continuously adjusted by
a screw. The uplift is pneumatic. At the input and output the material to be
transported is guided by rollers or jets. Thus protection from intervention
is guaranteed.
