The Falcon-20W ultrasonic wire
splice welder is designed to produce wire connections of superior quality
and consistency. The Falcon-20 wire splicer delivers enhanced
cost-efficiency, productivity, and precision to the wire harness assembly
process.
The control unit, a high-frequency generator and an industrial PC are
contained within a 19" control box that is fitted with a simple display
screen that allows for ease of use. An integrated quality control system
monitors all critical wire splice parameters according to user-indicated
tolerance ranges to ensure splices of the utmost quality. The machine is
controlled by the Falcon Generator with integrated power supply, quality
control, and data memory. Adjustment of tool width is conducted
automatically by a servo motor. Automated digital calibrations allow for
easy setup. |
