Training

It is important that our customers know the correct way of handling and maintaining the machines we supply.
We offer comprehensive training that covers all the requirements needed to manage, maintain and generally look after your machine. The training will typically take a full day but longer if required, tailored to the customers specific needs.

We recommend that anyone who will be operating the machines attends these important training sessions, in order to get the most out of the equipment supplied.

Service Contracts

We offer tailor made service and maintenance contracts specifically engineered to your capabilities and needs.
Our service contracts provide our customers with the assurance that their equipment is working to optimal productivity.

We offer scheduled service visits for preventative maintenance at pre agreed dates and times, these will always take priority.
​
Please contact us if your existing contract with another service supplier is due for renewal, so that we can provide a competitive quote.

Support & Advice

Machine operators are dependant on their machine working 100% of the time; sometimes human, technical, or maintenance errors occur, causing unplanned downtime.
Leadmaker technical team have extensive knowledge in the productivity and maintenance of machines supplied, our phone support can resolve issues in many instances.
After briefly discussing the issue with the machine operator, our team is able to identify and determine the possible cause.

Based on the information shared, guidance can be given over the phone, or an alternative solution, such as a site visit can be arranged.

Small Bench top equipment – The Cheaper and Greener Service Option
A popular option for our customers is to ship small bench top machines to our workshop for service or repair. There are several benefits to this including:

Lower service costs – you don’t have to pay for our petrol and travelling time – saving you hundreds of pounds through unnecessary time spent on the road.

Faster response time – we usually turn machines round in 1 or 2 days – saving you down time.

We have all our manuals, documentation, spares and equipment available in our workshop – making it more efficient for a quick turn-around.
