Ulmer ZG200 Wire Feeder
 
The compact and robust ZG200 B3S feeder is used as an active take-off unit for flexible strands and cables, hoses, ropes and similar materials up to a maximum outer diameter of up to 38.0mm. It can be linked to many cutting machines and systems for cutting/stripping technology. Various connection cables are available for this purpose.

The material is fed via two conveyor belts running in opposite directions, both of which are driven by a powerful servo motor. The use of high-quality coated conveyor belts and the possibility of mechanical passage limitation ensures a gentle but powerful feeding of the materials.

The speed control is controlled either by a dancer's arm with potentiometer resting on the material, the non-contact slack control DHS1000D or a cable storage system.
